i have started using this as a daily devotion. It’s a site run by Irish Jesuits and each day they provide six stages of prayer to do while sat at your computer. The stages are ; the Presence of God, Freedom, Consciousness, The Word, Converstaion and Conclusion. The prayer guide provides explanation and guidance – I’m finding it a really good way to spend 10-15 minutes at the start the day – a mixture of prayer and reflection.
